Your application is not complete unless it includes the following documents:


APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE AT THE END OF THIS ONLINE 


***PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU MAKE COPIES OF ALL OF YOUR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION***


ACTIVE DUTY - AGR - NATIONAL GUARD - RESERVE APPLICANTS

If you are Active Duty, AGR, National Guard or Reserve please submit the following documents:

• Statement of Service Memorandum (Active Duty and AGR Only)

• Military Service DD 214 (Member 4 Copy) / NGB22 (National Guard)

• Active Duty Character Reference Form (Active Duty/AGR Only)

(If our Membership Coordinator does not receive these documents your application will not move on to Phase II of the Application Process)


RETIREE - VETERAN APPLICANTS

If you are a Retiree or Veteran that has an Honorable Discharge please submit the following documents:

• Military Service DD 214 (Member 4 Copy) / NGB22

(If our Membership Coordinator does not receive these documents your application will not move on to Phase II of the Application Process)


ALL APPLICANTS

• One (full) page essay detailing how you intend to help accomplish Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority's Mission: Honoring our Past, Uniting our Present & Mentoring our Future

        Typed, double-spaced with 1" margins on all sides

         12 pt. Times New Roman or Arial

• Soror/Frat Character Reference Form (if applicable)
• Policy Acknowledgement Form


SORORITY APPLICATION PROCESS

During Phase I, please allow the Membership Coordinator 14 Business Days to process your application upon receipt of your $25 Application Fee:

• Once your $25 application fee is paid, you will receive access to the KEΨ Membership Application packet and further instruction as to how to submit your required documentation via email.

• Upon the processing of your application, you will receive a notification via email from our Membership Coordinator or Local Membership Coordinator to schedule an interview.

• Once the interview is complete, you will be notified whether you will be advanced to Phase II of the process or if you were found unqualified. If you were found to be qualified, you will be extended an invite to the Pearl Process.

• If you were found to be unqualified, you will be notified via email thanking you for considering Kappa Epsilon Psi and your $25 Non-Refundable contribution.

• During Phase II, you will be required to pay a non-refundable $525 Pearl Process Fee PRIOR to the Pearl Process Fee deadline.

• During Phase III, you will be assigned to a line and begin the Pearl Process.

There will be NO exceptions!


Non-Refundable Application Fee

Upon submission of your Online Application the Applicant will be required to pay a Non-Refundable $25 Application Fee by PayPal/Credit Card via our link at the end of this application.

Once you complete the registration ensure that you check your email account for your password. If you do not see an email from us first check your spam. The system will email you your invoice for any payments you make. Please ensure you are using one email account for the entire process. If you have multiple accounts please let us know.
