Founder Yashica Hill

Founder Hill served honorably as a Sergeant, 42A- Human Resource Manager, in the Army National Guard for nearly (6) years before being medically discharged. She enjoys watching movies, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Founder Hill currently resides in Fort Lauderhill, Florida and is employed as an Investigation Agent.

Founder Moneka Smith

Founder Smith serves honorably as a Staff Sergeant in the Army Reserves as a 92Y- Supply Specialist; but performs duties as a Logistics Instructor. She enjoys reading, writing, basketball, meeting new people and dancing. Founder Smith currently resides in Covington, Georgia with her two beautiful daughters, Essence and Emory.

Our Sisterhood

Founder Hill and Founder Smith began their beautiful and long-term friendship in August 2003; while in college at Georgia Military College in Milledgeville, Georgia. They were both enrolled in the early Commissioning Program in ROTC. At that time, both Founders were serving in the military specialty as a 42A- Human Resources Specialist. Founder Smith left school in October 2004 to prepare for her first deployment to Kuwait; while Founder Hill remained in school. Although both Founders continued their career paths in two separate directions after college, they vowed to maintain their inseparable friendship. Their commitment to take annual trips to celebrate their love, sisterhood and friendship has continued.

In 2010, the Founders traveled to New York together for their annual trip; where they discussed their personal goals, aspirations and plans for their future. On this trip, the idea of establishing Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Incorporated was birthed. Once they returned home, Founder Hill began working diligently on their ideas; which would represent their love, sisterhood and friendship on a global scale.

Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Incorporated was founded with the founding principles of Sisterhood, Love, Bonding and Uniting; from the close friendship that Founder Hill and Founder Smith have maintained since college.
